Lyn Pearce

Lyn has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching it since she moved to Antigua from the UK 15 years ago.

”Yoga is a big part of my life. I love introducing people to yoga and seeing their scepticism turn to amazement after just a few sessions. Once you’ve tried it – you’ll be hooked!”

Lyn trained in Yoga with the YMCA in London and with the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Trivandrum, India. She has studied Hatha, Sivananda, Ashtanga, vinyasa, hot and Jivamukti Yoga, which she combines in her classes depending on clients’ individual fitness, strength and flexibility levels.

Clemmie

A childhood spent in the Caribbean brings sunshine, music and humour in Clemmie’s classes. Expect hands on adjusts, strong flow with the breath and lots of opportunities to try new things.

She originally practiced Ashtanga back in 2009 whilst living in Mumbai and felt the amazing effects of a regular practice, however four thousand miles later back in London life was pretty different. The Power Yoga Company stole her heart and she has practiced every day since.

She truly believes that a regular yoga practice is something that will change your life, your body and your mind and she is a firm believer in practicing what you preach so you’ll find her on her mat every day.

Clemmie is grateful to all of her teachers on and off the mat but especially to Stewart Gilchrist (East London School of Yoga) with whom she trained.

She lives in Antigua and hopes you enjoy this beautiful island as much as she does!

Owen’s classes feature exploration of the body mind connection, through feeling, breathing and allowing yoga to happen, with flowing sequences or poses which are held a little longer encouraging awareness to the present moment.
